The Steel Towers are designed in lattice or polygonal types in accordance with customer specifications and the applicable international standards.
We undertake designing, manufacturing, testing and supply of Transmission and Distribution Tower, Substation Structure, Solar Structure, Railway Electrification Structure, Telecom Towers etc. Our Expertise to produce & supply up to 750kV towers in accordance with the applicable standards (ISO, EN, ASTM, CSA etc.) or customised standards.
Monopoles, Poles & Masts with 259ft. Max. Height, up to 500kV generally conforms to ASTM A572 Gr65 material with a high yield strength of 450 Mpa (65ksi) for shaft and ASTM A572 Gr50 material for base-plate with World-class manufacturing range.
We undertakes designing, manufacturing, testing and supply of Poles for Transmission & Distribution monopoles, Telecom monopoles, Steel Light Poles, Swages Poles, High Masts, Stadium Masts, Flag Mast etc. Poles can supply in Painted or Galvanized as per project requirement.
Fasteners – All types of Industrial Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Screws from M4 to M200 dia, length 10mm to 1200mm in Mild Steel/Stainless Steel/Carbon Steel/Alloy Steel/Brass Material. High Tensile Grades are available in Black, Plated, or Hot Dip Galvanized Finish (treatment).
Products developed on customer's request SS/MS/Copper/Brass/Aluminum Sleeves, Spindles, Cotter Pin, D-Iron Pins, Taulit & Bull Dog Clamps, Stud Rods, Chain & Chain Shackles, etc. (as per customer's drawing/samples).
